Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge
