Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge
