Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
