Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Participate in inventory management and store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
