Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are attractive
  • Offer exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory issues
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
  • Familiarity with retail equipment and general cleaning procedures
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
