Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are attractive
- Offer exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products and inventory issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Familiarity with retail equipment and general cleaning procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
