Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, our customers receive exceptional service, and our products are stocked effectively. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
