Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving as a cashier, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and ensure neat merchandise displays
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide excellent service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
