Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain a tidy store appearance, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise, lifting weights up to 45 pounds, and moving around the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
• Skilled in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
