Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details

- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and collaborate with team members
- Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure merchandise presentation
- Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
- Provide feedback to the management team on inventory and product issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and data confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle equipment safely and follow company guidelines
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus
