Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive environment for all.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash policies to minimize discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in retail preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
