Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers competitive compensation starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Handle customer purchases, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
