We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a pristine store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. mindset and ALDI Acts Competencies in your role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash policies and uphold company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated customer service and cash register skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and working independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
