Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your contributions will enhance the shopping experience for our customers and ensure smooth store operations.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain organized displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
