Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Inventory management and monitoring

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Experience in a retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
