Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
