Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficient in using store equipment and following cleaning standards
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
