Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
- Assist customers in finding products and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other necessary equipment.
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
