Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Perform general cleaning duties and uphold store standards
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
