Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock and merchandise shelves and displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift and stock merchandise up to 45 pounds.
