We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Stock merchandise on shelves and maintain displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
