Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service and Stock Specialists to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking product, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and cash handling.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
