Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
