Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour with 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and feedback to the management team.
• Assist in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
