We are hiring a dynamic Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the team to merchandise products, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision and care.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years to work at ALDI.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
