Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to the management team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
