Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Position Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to the management team.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
