Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies
  • Follow company policies and procedures ensuring data security and confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience in retail and cash register operation preferred
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Aptitude for following instructions and working both independently and in a team
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
