Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly
  • Participate in taking store inventory counts and monitoring accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
