Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain document confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with prompt customer service skills.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Meet state requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
