Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean store environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers.
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy in monitoring inventory.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old to apply.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
