Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean store environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the Aldi team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers.
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy in monitoring inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old to apply.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
