Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
