Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
