Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain neat displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register, handle equipment safely, and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
• Must meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
