Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive customer experience.

Position Type

Full-Time | Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week | Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Adherence to company policies, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
