Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
