We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a vital part of our enterprise, you will assist customers with the return of rental cars, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive. What You'll Do:

• Meet and greet customers returning rental cars.
• Secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and damages to vehicles.
• Check cars into the computer system with a focus on customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors and all shifts.
• Previous customer service experience, particularly in retail, is advantageous.
