We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with the return process of rental cars, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental cars, including completing necessary paperwork and inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in different shifts.
• Prior retail customer service experience is a plus.
