Customer Service Associate
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join the Avis Budget Group team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with rental and return processes at our airport locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in various stages of the rental or return process.
- Provide exceptional customer service while performing duties such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
- Ability to work all shifts and drive a variety of vehicles.
- Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
