Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join Avis Budget Group as a full-time Customer Service Representative. This role involves assisting customers in various aspects of the rental process at our airport locations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in rental or return processes at the airport lot.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with customers.
• Work outdoors in various roles such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all shifts.
