Customer Service Representative - Grand Rapids

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group in Grand Rapids. As a valued member of our enterprise, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless rental car return experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the return of rental vehicles.
• Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle conditions.
• Check-in rental cars using our computer system while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience is a plus.
