Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with the return of rental cars and providing exceptional service. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $14.75/hour and a range of benefits including medical, dental insurance, paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with the return of rental cars.
- Record mileage, gas levels, and damages on vehicles accurately.
- Check-in vehicles using our computer system.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental return process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
- Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
