Metro Dentalcare, located in St. Louis Park, MN, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support. Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Assist with dental x-rays and other imaging procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Requirements
- Current dental assistant license in MN.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental assisting.
- CPR Certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience
- Prior dental assisting experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with dental software and digital imaging tools.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
Physical Requirements
- Capable of standing and sitting for extended periods.
- Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
- Availability for occasional in-person or virtual training sessions.
