Minimum Qualifications:
- Current or soon to be licensed Dental Assistant in Missouri.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient care.
Preferred Experience:
- Years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in using dental technology and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire for continuous learning and growth in clinical skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of standing and sitting; ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Availability to attend training sessions periodically.
