Job Description
We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team at Metro Dentalcare in St. Louis Park, MN. This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional lifetime patient care as a Dental Hygienist, working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction, perform dental screenings and medical history documentation.
- Utilize advanced tools and technologies for patient care and hygiene mentorship programs.
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in MN with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- Solid working knowledge of dental procedures, patient care, and CPR certification.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, attend training sessions, and continue professional development.
Preferred Experience
- New graduates or experienced professionals welcome.
- Proficiency in Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanning, and electronic record systems.
- Passionate about learning, preventative care, and maintaining patients' dental health.
