Fairview Dental Care is offering a $5000 Sign-on Bonus for a talented individual to join their Hygiene Team. This full-time position offers Monday-Thursday work hours with NO evenings or weekends. You will work in a supportive environment, collaborating with a strong team to deliver outstanding care while having fun along the way.

Responsibilities

• Provide elite clinical care and advocacy for patients.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to deliver personalized care.
• Participate in continuous education and skill development opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional lifetime care for patients with the support of mentors and educational programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed dental hygienist in Missouri with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Prior clinical experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and electronic medical records systems.
• Continued learning and growth mindset towards patient care and dental health maintenance.
• Ability to adapt to clinical needs as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and attending virtual or in-person training sessions.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and move for prolonged periods.
