Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Dental Hygienist to join our team at Metro Dentalcare in St Louis Park, MN. This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a work schedule of Monday to Thursday, providing an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive dental care environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding patient care with full clinical autonomy.
- Participate in hygiene mentor programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional dental services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active dental hygienist license in MN.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- New graduates or experienced professionals are welcome.
- Knowledge of Velscope, Diagnodent, digital imaging, and EMR systems.
- Continuous learning mindset to meet patient needs effectively.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to participate in virtual/in-person training sessions.
