Dice Line Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dice Line Lead to join Cargill's protein and salt business team in Timberville, VA. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for operating various equipment and machinery to ensure the efficient processing of high-quality food products. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $21.90/hr along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Principal Accountabilities

• Operate a variety of machines such as grinders, mixers, scales, and drive equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork and perform miscellaneous duties as required.
• Rotating positions within the department and being cross-trained for flexibility.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with operating IPFS and SAP systems.
