Job Description
We are looking for a Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of the Global Medical Affairs department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans for the Sleep molecule, ensuring the delivery of high-quality scientific and medical communications on a global scale. This position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with key opinion leaders, and drive the success of the Medical Affairs strategy for the molecule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan for the Sleep molecule.
- Lead the development and execution of evidence generation activities.
- Collaborate with regional Medical Affairs teams to ensure alignment with global objectives.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and participate in global expert engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and regulations.
- Monitor and track KPIs to measure the success of the Medical strategy.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of Medical Affairs and/or clinical development experience in neurosciences.
- Clinical experience in Neurology/Psychiatry, specifically in Sleep, is highly desired.
- MD degree strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
