Job Description
We are looking for a driven and ambitious District Manager who is currently pursuing an undergraduate or post-graduate degree to join our Jefferson Division team at Aldi. As a District Manager, you will oversee the operations of an entire district, leading up to six stores and driving sales growth in alignment with company objectives. With up to 44 weeks of paid training, you will be equipped to manage the operations, staffing, and performance of a multi-million dollar district.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement appropriate store staffing levels.
- Develop and execute action plans to enhance operating results.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising plans and company policies.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Provide product feedback and recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee inventory procedures, cash control policies, and store condition maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of human resource management principles.
- Willingness to travel daily with access to a company car.
