Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated District Manager to join ALDI in the Jefferson Division, covering Georgia, Western North Carolina, Southern Alabama, and Northwest South Carolina. As a District Manager, you will oversee up to six stores, lead a team of employees, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence in one of the fastest-growing US grocery retailers. You will receive up to 44 weeks of paid training to prepare you for this impactful role where you will manage multi-million dollar districts and make a significant difference in our global organization.
Responsibilities
- Using ALDI Acts competencies, implement appropriate staffing levels and action plans to enhance operating results.
- Lead store management to provide a safe and customer-centric environment while meeting company guidelines and regulations.
- Drive operational efficiency through cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and strategic collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and facilitate group involvement.
- Knowledge of human resource management and experience in interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
