Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly experienced Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations to lead the clinical operations team responsible for the execution of our Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive solid tumor clinical development knowledge, expertise in strategic operational planning, and a strong understanding of ICH/GCP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of late-stage oncology clinical development.
• Ensure accuracy of research budgets and timelines.
• Provide mentorship to staff and build high-performing clinical teams.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience, with at least 10 years in oncology.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial technology and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

Compensation

Base pay range: $256,000-$384,000. Additional benefits include annual cash bonus, equity grants, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and flexible vacation options.
