The Rounds, a pioneer in sustainable grocery delivery, is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives to join our mission-driven team. As a Field Sales Rep, you will be the face of The Rounds at various events, promoting our eco-friendly services and acquiring new Members. This role requires persuasive sales techniques and a passion for sustainability and entrepreneurship. Responsibilities
- Educate potential Members about The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery at pop-up events.
- Achieve and exceed acquisition targets with consultative sales strategies.
- Onboard new Members effectively to drive their first order.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event displays.
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance sales tactics and product offerings.
Requirements
- Experience in sales with a focus on energy and goal attainment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Passion for sustainability and a proactive mindset towards challenges.
- Reliable, independent worker who thrives in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, including weekends.
Compensation
On target earnings of over $38/hour with competitive hourly rate and uncapped commission. Performance-based bonuses available for top performers.
